In this video you are going to learn the requirements for getting your residence permit in Spain as a tourist! We will explore the 4 different paths or options any foreigner has when wanting to move from a tourist visa to a legal residency in the country. Which are:
📌 Highly qualified work visa, if you are offered a technical or managerial position earning over 45.000€ per year
📌Student visa, if you get a post confirmed in any university or higher education center
📌 Family member of an EU citizen, if you formalize your marriage or "pareja de hecho" in the country with a citizen from the European Union living in Spain
📌 Arraigo social, if you have spent over 3 years legally in Spain and receive a job offer

Hola, saludos es que tengo un problema y es el siguiente: Soy un joven de 20 años de nacionalidad venezolana que lleva en España desde los 7 años.Mi problema es que el consulado de mi país no me permitió renovar el pasaporte,mi última renovación fue en 2015. Yo tengo 2 titulaciones en España, el título de la ESO y el título de Bachillerato,este último lo conseguí hace 1 semana,no creo que esto influya para conseguir la nacionalidad. El problema es que no sé si pueda conseguir alguna vez la nacionalidad, si me pudieses aconsejar sobre mi caso estaría muy agradecido. Gracias

Hi i am student pilot in Spain , it's been almost 3 years i have been here , i am holder of EASA pilot license which is specifically an European license or the license used here in Spain and several other Eu countries . As i am non Eu resident am i able to apply for permanent residence ? If yes , is the residence card allows me to work here ( like will the authorities consider me as the one who can stay and work ) or only to stay here but not allowed to work ? Question about applying for residency. My Mom is Spanish and born in Tangiers. She obtained US citizenship back in 1965. Now she wants to recover her Spanish citizenship in Spain. Can she come over on a tourist Visa to do so? She has 3 sisters and a brother that live in Madrid and they would be able to help her. What does she need to recover her citizenship?

I'm a British citizen and used to live and work in Spain, having left in 2014. I never de registered and want to return to apply for work in an international school. Actually, it was explained by another law firm that , for non EU citizen, ie American, they have to apply from their home country/State for the Non Lucrative. It isnt possible to enter Spain as a tourist, use the allowable 3 months as a tourist to apply locally, then wait for 3 months locally for an approval, even if all submitted documents , incl. translations, Apostilles done properly . I asked what if you are already in Europe (American), it means they have to travel all the way back to the US, their state to turn in an application. It is strict this way, ONLY because one must fly back just to apply/turn in an application. If one is a Digital Nomad, traveling around from EU country to another using their 3 months tourist time, then they arrived in Spain, loved it, decided they want to live there and apply for Non Lucrative, so now they have to fly all the way back to the US because this is the rule. Its rather strict. Feel free to comment netizens.

Hello. I am a UK citizen & passport holder and I would like to live in Spain. I own an apartment in Spain in which I can live and I be able to maintain myself. I would like to apply for a student visa and study spanish language. I would like to apply in Torrevieja as that is where my apartment is. I am single with no dependents.
