Maybe I'm not Hans Zimmer but I hope on this small video I can give you some insight on Cinematic pieces,

A lot of ppl Ask what i use, --- CSS for strings , -- ark 1 for brass , --- action strikes for drums , ----lacrimosa for choir and ------aizerX for textures and SFX

How do you make the repeated notes sound on beat. Like did you play the note while recording. Or placed them individually.

copy paste the notes, if they have attack on them u can do it 2 ways. or you take of the attack at 0 or you just drag your midi note to the left until it fits

I used lacrimosa I recommend that , requiem , viktoria from ark 1 and oceania, maybe storm choir 2 as well

So, I just came across your video since I am making some Cinematic music myself, but a lot of the stuff in Fl Studio just doesn't work for what I am looking for. The sound you have, however, is exactly the sound that I want to create. I looked at Native Instruments but their reviews aren't very good. What place would you recommend to get these kinds of instruments?

You need kontakt, I use ark 1, CSS , lacrimosa and some others. there's great reviews about that, check cinematic studio strings and metropolis ark. these are older libraries that I still use but theres new stuff coming everytime

The drums are from NI bundle Ultimate. they are called action strikes.
