Some of the best content on KZfaq, I was rolling with a guy at the gym who tried lasso on me, I sprawled on his legs and passed. Afterwards I told him to check out your lasso series and he said "Is that the Big Oss guy?" 😆

This are great details, for the first escape though, often my training partners switch the hip as opposed to bringing arm over. Any tips for that? Thank you!!!
