I could make a video on that too. It's even easier to escape. You can try it out. If you do the exact same escape while somebody kneels on your arms, it makes the whole thing a lot easier.

@@PeterMettlerMartialArts Please make that video, do it from a high mount knees in with their knees all the way up to your armpits armpits and your hands pinned. I haven't tried it, but my guess in that case is that you should hip up (like the yoga candle pose) rather than bridge. then do a backwards roll then pop your head out the back door. As you said, they can't immobilize your whole body and if they are mounted that high then your hips are completely free. You might be able to hip up and hook their head with your legs then snap them backwards down to the mat. Thanks very much for your videos.
