I just received mine recently, is it okay to keep it on the charger while not in use? Or will it ruin the batteries?

The one that I have has a USB cord but in the directions it says to keep unplugged while storing

Hi! I only use it once a week (bc i have rly sensitive skin) to deep cleanse with the exfoliating mode and after i use the other options and my skin feels rly good after it. But i haven’t seen any difference in my skin, my skin just feels rly good/clean/fresh after i use it

This device does not hold a charge for more than one use if not plugged in! So don't think of packing it for travel for a few days!

Its been a few days since I've charged mine and its still good. I use it at night and sometimes in the morning when I have time. I mostly use the moisturizer and lift one. I got mine about 4 years ago and its still good. Maybe you got a defective one?
