I disagree about the Divine Mercy. The Divine Mercy devotion was initially poorly and carelessly translated, it was subsequently restudied and restored by the Papal office its correct translation. We depend on our Magisterium, the Church founded by Jesus, for a careful, and as assisted by Divine wisdom, approval. We do not however, have to practice the devotion, but it is wholly approved. If you are suggesting the Church misleads us, where does one go from there.
