i am a landlord trying to evict my tenant for non payment boing on since 2022. After resubmitting our warrant request about a dozen times for silly things, the last one was received on June 2023 and we have not heard back from the court system. I wonder what your rights are for some reasonable response from the courts?

Ny it’s worse state for the landlords, I do have my tenant Didn’t pay me rent right this moment up to 5 months total $10500 my attorney give him notice 60 days should leaving and 5 notice for pay the rent and finely yesterday was the court and the judge asked the tenant if he want attorney lol 😂 abut the judge didn’t ask the tenant go pay the rent to the landlord so Finel the judge did one adjournment because the tenant ask for attorney let see what the next drama at 20th this month I hope some professional judge this time and evacuation the tenant ny it’s worse state

@@ahmedaljumely5552 no they won't pay. NY is democrat/socialist they use hard working people to give wealth to thieves. I want to evict w section 8 tenant having illegal subleasing and people not on lease living there. When they lose their voucher they won't pay rent. Then i won't have enough savings for the mortgage. So it's tough for landlords. Not like people think.
