Thank you for this! Another thing to combat laziness is getting your regular check-ups with the doctor. I was diagnosed iron-deficiency anemia, and I felt like a whole new person after taking prescribed iron supplements for 2 weeks. I had so much more energy to do things!

God Bless you, that prayer was perfect. I have an exam today that I know I am not prepared for. Laziness, depression, anxiety and the fear of failure stopped me from trying to revise and I fear I will fail. I will still try even though I know it won’t produce the best results, but I really needed this. It brings tears to my eyes to not understand what is wrong with me, but I leave it all up to God, I trust him to get me out of this and bring me back to him. I love the scriptures about the ants. Surprisingly, they have a longer life span than I expected as well! This will be an awesome reminder to keep working like the ants. I can confirm that laziness does bring on poverty and scarcity. Ever since the pandemic I have not fully snapped out of my laziness and it has caused a direct impact to my finances.
