Great tips but unfortunately, by the time I got to the end, my brain felt squeezed 😳. I couldn’t remember what I just watched and due to the overstimulation of all the colors, fast talking, music and scene switching, I felt mentally paralyzed. I’m sure it’s no fault of yours, Natalie, I too was diagnosed with ADHD so the overstimulation and quick information is A LOT.
