One other thing to know is that if you're making music to add to a video, you'd usually use 48000 rather than 44,100 which is the standard rate for MP3s. As for the options, under the start and end position, they should put the option to export the current loop region, as a lot of people coming from other DAWs will be used to using this.

Truth. Would be much easier wouldn’t it? And yes. Music for video is generally 48kHz.

Could you give me some advice please? How do I get around the auto backup? I like to edit change things in the separate tracks. I may be happy with the track I am editing and accidentally exit the Project and my edited track over rights the track I was happy with. I would think the program would give me a heads up that I am gonna override my previous track and ask me if I want to....Thanks

@PeteJohnsMusic Is there a way to export a MIDI track? I’ve been recording drum beats with my Roland kit to Logic IOS. I’d like to get that MIDI data into my guitar players PC so he can do his parts and finish the songs with his own software. We use Superior Drummer 3 on his PC so all is good if I could just get my MIDI data to him. Thanks in advance!! Great video btw!

Hey there. Unfortunately MIDI out is something that GarageBand and Logic iOS don’t support right now. Hopefully will be added in the future at least to Logic.

Can you export your library from an Ipad air 2022 64GB to a memory device ?? I felt terrified when I read you need 75GB!

Hey there. So, yes you’ll struggle to have all the sound packs on a device with less storage. But there’s plenty of packs that most folks probably won’t use.

Anyone know why my second audio file goes to mute every time I press play? Also, it. Stays mute when exporting. I can’t find the solution, there are just two tracks, voice and music. But after exporting I only get voice, which was expected because the Mute button keeps turning on.

Export Issue: When I go to export everything seems to be going great and then BAAAM! The actually SHARE window (to share the file to iCloud Files or with a friend) disappears…. This is very random when happening and I don’t know why it does this.

That’s really odd? Try closing all your apps and turning off and back on.

I do not know why but when I try to export tracks individually, the ipad does not export them, it leaves doing nothing!
