All I had to do was to keep hold down the buttons until the hard reset screen appears. The man I subbed.

I was wondering the same bc the newer version doesnt have a volume button, reset button or Home button. I tried other methods such as press and hold power and escape, or press and holding power,fn, and then repeatedly pushing f9... nothing is working. If I plug in the charger the light comes on to indicate a charge but nothing happens with the screen.

My nephews tablet stopped working, it won't go past the voyager logo. I tried the factory reset and now it stops at the RCA logo that comes before the voyager logo instead. I noticed it had a root integrity check so I figured I would run that and see if it found anything and it says that some files are missing and others are modified.
