I have tried this 4 times. My touchscreen does not work so this is my only option! I did exactly as you said but after holding power and volume up buttons, I don't get the reset screen, only the login screen which I cannot do because the touchscreen doesn't work! My daughter has also tried it, so I know it's not me doing something wrong! HELP!

Agar aapke paas pc/laptop nahi hai to aap other phone me type C to type C cable connect kar k process complete kar sakte hai... maine apna phone aise hi recovery mode pe solve kiya..❤❤ If you don't have a PC/laptop then you can complete the process by connecting a Type C to Type C cable in another phone... I solved my phone in recovery mode like this..❤❤

If i do a factory reset will i lose my phone number from my carrier. I've had this number for 10 years and had a hard enough time getting it from my last carrier. Or should i pull the sim card out ??

Since sunday it would not fully charge to 100. I managed it once by first draining the battery some with a video playing. After that charged it full that day, but at 24% yet to reach 100 since morning. At 91% by over 5.30 pm. Tried restarting multiple times, deleted just now an app. That sunday was an update, it did not notify me as my SS tablet had. Discovered by digging into i think the battery settings. The phone updated and when the problem MAGNIFIED. Since buying in february 2023, noticed at times the charging paused like today but a reset worked and i think at times was result of an update. Should I FR my phone? i restarted minute ago and charging resumed with the normal 'until full' missive on screen. BTW - do i remove my sd and phone cards first? edit - tried another cord and charger and fast charged to full in no time. My cord and brick doesn't not charge an A51 except a couple seconds at a time. So either my charger or block defective. Thanks anyway.
