You want to use setting/styling foam, not mousse. They look the same but they have different ingredients.

I don’t think so. I’m pretty familiar with their textures and I’ve had silky before. Which resembles more of a remy texture in my opinion with high luster. The yaki resembles more of a natural texture, with lower luster.

@@AmbreReneekay Thanks! I was Just wondering because yours have waaay more body compared to the one I received. The color looks a little different also but I know coloring hair is tricky…Your review is the reason I ordered it…but when I received it mine look different that yours. Still pretty just not what I thought 😅 My wig is just like the KZfaqr Chev B. Darker in color and not as flowy with a little more texture ….So I checked Myfirstwig website last night and it does say model description silky however idk if they were talking about your pic, the other girl, or mannequin. @@PowT6 Awww man I hate that. Mine is definitely the Yaki texture I even went back to our emails just to see what we agreed on for review. In terms of body it could maybe be products used?? The dry shampoo definitely adds a certain type of body to the hair, also clarifying shampoos are best for lots of body as well or volumizing shampoos. Im not sure though.

I don't use any special products just whatever shampoo and conditioner I have on hand

I don't think you need makeup but sometimes it helps it blend better with your skin tone and appear more natural.

Not at all. I feel like it helps it stick more and set into place.

But I will say it’s setting foam which I believe is a little different from mousse.

I’m not even gonna front. My first wig is killing it with the quality of lace and their texture. It was giving realness.
