Hi, the "drive detection" feature on my Life360 was turned off, may be that's why it wasn't showing the drive icon.

Life360 app will show the same location that you will enter on the app/software. Fake location will last till you restart your iPhone. I advise you try and see how it works.

Hi, no there is no time limit. It will work till the time you restart your computer. That’s being said - I personally have tested it for 72 hours. After changing the location, you can disconnect your iPhone from the computer.

Your phone will keep sharing the fake location even if you disconnect your phone from computer or shut down the computer. Only for live/real time location, phone should stay connected to computer.

Lets say you set the location to where you are currently at. Then, you drive to a different location, say 5 hours away. Will Life360 detect the driving or anything? Or will the location be set to the fake location?

Hi, once you set the fake location, then Life360 won’t detect your real location even when you drive away to different place. Hope that helps.

Yes. Even after unplugging it the location will stay on your iPhone unless you hit the “Reset” button on the software or restart your iPhone.

You can use the maps, but you will need to enter your current location (starting point) manually because Google or Apple Maps will also detect your fake location automatically. This tool modify your location on all the apps, so that no one can track your real location anywhere.

The only problem is life 360 "earlier today" history won't reflect all on your previous locations or travel routes to your faked locations. The history won't show. Will raise red flags

Sorry for the late response. Location will last till the time you restart your iPhone or reset the location using the software. I tried it for max 48 hours.

Yes. That option is hidden by default. When you connect your iPhone to a computer and then run this app, you will get the option to enable “Developer Options” on your iPhone.
