easiest way to tell if your collector/mine/DE Drill is full or whatever percentage it is, take any building and place it somewhere that can't be placed or indicator is red, then click the DED/GM/EC, im pretty sure it wouldn't be collected if you click it, it's one of the OG tips to check it.

This is how I farm when I was lower than TH 10, I always looked for their collector and see how full they are and if the collector is level 11 or above

Easier way to know how much loot is in the collector's: Look at the loot counter the top left the look at the storage, if the storage is not full then the loot is in the collector's
