I don't understand the use of the term aerobic compost. Do they mean thermophilic which is hot and aerobic because thermophiles are obligate aerobes?

Was the second speaker talking about anaerobic microbes (EM)?

Get a compost that's at least 1:1 bacteria to fungi to get to mid successional grasses. I make it at 1.4:1 and have it for sale all the time.
