I don't know how to turn Bluetooth off for calls but not music. You can do it the other way around. You might want to try the ARC app for your particular device. The Mic is installed as far as I know. It is currently on the dashboard. But when I made a call the person still cannot hear me.

When the in dash receiver is set up in Standard Mode, Phone calls can be heard on the FRONT SPEAKER OUTPUTS and FRONT RCA OUTPUTS only.
