It's criminal that a noob stomper like Eddy gets released with zero ability to lab or takeover in replays without buying him

And people will complain about a shop and battlepass. Fighting games have been pay2win since the concept of dlc characters existed

Thank you for the video. People need this. I was ttg in t7 , so i am okay at the game, but i have not played something as dangerous as eddy in t8. I reached tekken king with a 84% winrate. He is so solid in neutral now , especially up close and on top of being a fundamentally strong Charakter, people let you get away with EVERYTHING, they completely freeze up when you enter stances, even on block, its insane.

Maybe it’s because we aren’t allowed to practice against the character without buying him lol.

@@STOPPEDINCOLORADO of course you can. use the replay function if you lose against an eddy and practice against the moves he does.

20:50 me as a longtime Eddy main : What do you mean Unfortunately lol I’ve wanted a Feng like Low hit/Block confirm string for ages before I had to twitch confirm which was hard asf since it technically wasn’t hit confirmable 😂 one of the fest gifts Eddy received lol 🙏🏾

This was REALLY comprehensive and encompassing. I like how, at one point, you just straight up said that Eddy only has a low and a high out of one of his moves/stances - that's the whole kit n' caboodle for me! For me, you KNOW what that means! Time to dust off the Lightning Screw! 😂

King is REDUNCULOUS in this game, but I saw a anti-King vid a couple of weeks ago: 1. Play King at range 2 - stay out of his face. 2. Stay out of his face 3. STAY OUT OF HIS FACE 4. EVERY TIME this MF goes into ANY form of ANY power crush type of move - THROW HIM (his power crushes, his power crush jaguar sprint, etc. 5. A lot of his 2-move strings like b+2, 1 that are his bread and butter strings are mid-high strings. DUCK and PUNISH. 6. Kings like to do ff,*,2 from RANGE 2 and that two legged drop kick from Range 2 - THEY ARE BOTH LOWS. Check to see how punishable they are. If you don't get much from low-blocking and punishing them, just learn to low-parry instead and get your guaranteed 50 or so low-parry mini juggle dmg. If you don't have a low-parry mini juggle, get one. Also see if you can low-crush both of them with an orbital, a demon flip, cartwheel, etc. I'd also check to see if your d/f+1 is fast enough to throw out and interrupt them on read. See if you can SS/SW them too on read. 7. Learn to break King's Giant Swing, Shining Wizard, which he does as an approach from range 2.5 to 3, and his bridge to start. NOTE: at some point, King's Giant Swing WILL eventually land. Learn to tech the throw just when you land by pressing 1 or 2 just when you hit the ground. This halves the damage and WILL save your life. ALWAYS BE LOOKING FOR THE SCRUB KING TO SPECIFICALLY USE GIANT SWING AT THE WALL FOR A COMBO. 8. console scrubs ALWAYS do 1,2,1 or 1,2 or 1 into his 1+3 or 2+4 throws. Practice breaking those too. 9. NEVER CONSISTENTLY DUCK THROWS. LEARN TO BREAK THEM. THIS GOES FOR ALL CHARACTERS.

I was so glad he wasn’t in the gane. When i heard he was coming wishvI could only got my money back. Not enjoyable at all to play against button mashers
