Dude. I gotta tell you man. I used to write and just do art in general all day everyday. I'm 30 years old. I lost passion for it and picked up drugs instead for 15 years. I stopped doing art about nine years ago but because of your inspirational videos to just have fun and get in to it really fuckin helped me. I'm clean now. Got outta rehab a bit ago and have been going hard in the paint for about a year now. I'm getting paid to do murals all around the Coachella valley. It's very humbling. It's amazing man. First time I had went bombing was back when I was in the 9th grade and I went out with this senior (we’re great friends till this day) we bought 5 cans of paint each and just went on a whole day adventure. We bombed a couple rooftops, the inside of train carts, a small billboard and the outside walls of a construction site. Wasn’t my best work at all at the time but was definitely one of the best memories that graffiti offered me. Have been in love with it since then.

I was tagging and I squeezed my mop to hard and I covered myself in paint and had to sneak back into my friends house like that and his parents didn’t even ask why I was covered in paint the next day

Buffers are crazy in my town. Went out bombing last night near a park with a homie. Passed by there today and they already buffed it. I’m gonna need some steve garvey now to show them what’s up!

One time me and my friend went bombing and we did it infront of this one dude minding his own business and then he laid eyes on us, took out a mop and tagged next to us. The end.(true story) 🐽🐽🐽🐽🐽🐽

Out painting in Stockholm and while doing tags with a mop some random guy got mad at me ,took my mop and ran. This was early on in the night so I continued to do my thing with some cans I had and guess what, like an hour later I spot the same dude completely covered in ink. I guess karma is a bitch lol

You should tell some stories of how graffiti has impacted your life

Hitting up the stomping yard two days ago; you know early bird gets the worm so I was there @ 6, I was doing my thing and I see a cop coming down the bridge towards me I grab my bag and dip to the left hopping on rocks. Run up the hill into a parking lot and my heart drops I see a fucking cop car parked there, luckily it was the cop that was behind me. I kept dipping and hit the “woods”, bunch of trees surrounding and lost that puerco hahah. Just make sure you know the area you’re in don’t get caught up

My friend and I were out painting one night when and we thought we saw a cop so we rounded the corner and peeked back around. When we looked back, much to our surprise, we saw GR in an old cop car dressed as an officer so he could get away with doing an extinguisher tag on the front of a bank! (True story!)

That night when i was out tagging and i felt like i was in the movie The Warriors, but with only police searching for me, and i finally make it back home safe....priceless.

Once I was tagging with my boys in a construction site, we returned the next day to see it half assed buff and so redid them and they’re still there to this day

i remember i caught a tag in middle school with a red MR.Sketch marker on a white wall and it bled through about 2-3 coats of paint the janitor was pissed

When i was 3 i fell in a giant fire. It was a festival at my city in germany. Ich went 2 hospital and 3 years later i still got scarves but i started drawing and doing gtaff. My hands feel much better since i stardet tagging

Last week I was taking part in some extra curricular activities.. and a single engine was on stealth mode and rolled up mad slow on me and I didn’t hear it until it was super close, started packing up hella fast to dip. The conductors mate hopped out yelling at me to please stop, saying it’s okay.. I’ve luckily had mostly decent experiences with my local conductors over the years. I figured I’d see what was up, I was in a balaclava anyway totally covered barely eyes out. He said he just wanted to know who I was.. I didn’t say anything he then proceeded to tell me him and the conductor love it and then he stated two names really excitedly, to see if perhaps one was me .. after I kinda shrugged it off and he was turning around seemingly defeated I told him He was right with one of the names told him who I was and I shit you not this fool had the biggest smile on his face he spun around with a hop and a bounce jumped up in the air and threw a fist to the sky and yelled Whoooo helll ya! This fool was so pumped it was satisfying but yet had me wondering if it was some guise to get me to get caught slipping lol grown man acted like he just tasted a woman for the first time... then he apologized for taking the car I was working on and told me where I could go find it if I felt the need to finish it bwahaha lmao was a good one for the books tho that’s for sure! (Now children don’t expect this type of behavior, proceed at your own risk engaging with anyone who isn’t fuxxin with the way you get down)

Art primo is where i started my graffiti journey, i ordered my very fist blackbook from you guys about 3 or 4 years ago now and i filled it with tags and a bunch of toyish peices but out of that i found my name and a burning passion for the art . Since then i have filled many many books , but i always find myself flipping through the art primo book and its the best kind nastolgic experience. So GreenRanger i wanna thank you personally for changing how i view art and graffiti , once i get the funds together im going to visit washington and I'll make sure to stop by the shop as soon as the plane lands . I accidentally painted an entire electricity box black when the nib of my mop fell out and all the ink went on top of the box (it was a brand new pretty big one :c)

Decidedto get a sweet deep red spray paint from the local Graffiti art supplier shop, talked to the guy for about 10 mins telling him what colour I wanted, get let out early for work so all signs point to go, I now have a hot pink knight. Anybody else got good horror stories to cheer me up?

Here's a funny little story that just happened to me the other day. So I was in what i call my lab mixing up something tough enough to make the Buffman cry, but for some reason the Ink wouldn't run through the nib. I dont know why my dumb ass thought it would be a good idea to squeeze the mop (for some reason I thought that would help) and boom, nib flies off, ink got all over my face. And to make matters worse, I had to go to work that day, the stainer I used in my in wouldn't come off my skin, so I pulled up to work with a big blue stain on the lower part of my left cheek and also on my forehead. Shit was terrible. I really hope I win lol

Once i was walking in my town tryna catch some tags and i actually saw the buff man and i stayed near him to watch him buff a fence and a light pole that had my tag on it. Once he was done he took all of his stuff and went to his car. I tagged the same exact spot again. He comes out of the car . Glad im fast 😂 Sending love from helsinki finland

I had someone actually scrape off layers of paint from an electric box just so my tag wasn't there. But little did they I patrol my spots and caught another tag cuz they can't buff my drive and passion for this stuff. Love the videos and very insightful. Thank you.

My first graff story... So i was 13 yrs old at that age its really hard too get ur hands on cans so any money i got i would save up and have the older homie buy me a can of krylon or rusto..i was saving up a backpack full of cans cause i was going head up with a cat name cinik for a battle on who had the tightest bomb throwies etc.. Well they day finally came i was stacked tips 26 cans a roller bucket of white paint sketches the works ... oh yeah my dude i was gunna win this battle i was soooo ready for cinik..so the battle was to take place in the "ditch" we called it were all the writers would go sling paint this is in oxnard cali by the way.. So i jump the fence im climbing down the ladder happy as a lark with all this paint i get to my first spot pull out my roller start painting over a spot to hot .not even 5 min later 5 fudgeing min i see a shadow of a person on the wall standing behing me i turn around bro its a damn highway patrol my heart dropped.i lost all my paint and the battle that day..the officer took me home and gave my dad a ticket he whipped my ass too lol... Yes those were the good ol days im 35 now and alot smarter on where i hit.you live n u learn. neways love ur channel GR much respect mista SEEKR ONE

Few week's ago I cut a couple big tree down for a shed I got.. So cut em down n what I thought was diesel was actually gas and diesel... Diesel doesn't light like gas so I put it on there lol well long story short I ended up burning myself really bad.. Pain was the most intense feeling I've ever been through.. The healing process was hell as well too

Ok so the other night I brought a couple leftover cans to the abandoned side of the train station in town which is a noted graffiti area. As I was walking over to were I was going to paint I was looking at the ground (stupid I know), so I didn't notice this huge guy walking up to me from the old platform until he said something over the sound of a passing train. I thought I was getting caught, I thought he was a buffer or gaurd. My face must've been priceless as I looked up towards this 6 foot behemoth of a man, turns out it was some super chill dude who has been hopping trains all over the world that was spending the night at my spot of choice. We spoke for a bit, he didn't mind the graffiti. Could really use some ink in my mix in case I ever DO encounter a buffer so this story came in real handy lol.

Me and my bro had one of the best days at the yard ever, skating and piecing all afternoon. We were riding on the high of our new ultra wide cans and decided to go out later that night to a new place. Later that evening we parked the car and started walking to a highway overpass. When we arrived, we looked at some older pieces and decided on a spot for some pieces of our own. Right before we started painting, we saw a flashlight in the distance and decided to call it quits and walked the other direction. (Graffiti isn’t big in our area and we didn’t want to risk it). We get back the car feeling defeated. As we left we noticed a cop start to follow us. That’s when he flipped on his lights, and pulled us over. This was the first time we had been caught and we were freaking out. He asked for our IDs and asked why we were under the overpass. He looked in the back seat with all of our cans on the floor of the car. The cop looks back at us (we haven’t answered him yet) and says “let me guess, you guys were tagging under the bridge.” To which I laughed and said “that was the plan, but someone scared us off. We are sorry.” He was the coolest cop I’ve ever met. After telling us that the cleaning lady at the business we parked at ratted us out he said “don’t tag anything I can see ok?” Literally one of the most stressful few minutes of my life. Not the craziest story ever but it’s true and one that I will remember for the rest of my life. Love Art Primo thanks for the inspiration and the awesome products/service.

Started painting this year and I got into a spot battle with a local dude.. We went over eachother like 3 times on a concrete thing next to the road right over a little canal thing and the last time I went to paint over him, I stepped in the wrong place while stepping over the little canal and my foot sunk completely into mud at 3am... I let him have the spot and now saving for some timbs hahahahah cheers GR!

Imma be straight forward GR if you hooked me up with this you'd be my hero. If I lived in the area I'd rather ask for a job, but some new supplies would be just as helpful in some hard times. I hate feeling like a bum and asking, but bombing helps me relieve my struggles.

Watching these videos has really inspired me. I am 31 and used to be a punk skater when I was a kid but I never dabbled in graffiti. I've always been a drawer and have recently translated that into just sketching graffiti letters. I feel like soon I'll be ready to place my first Art Primo order and start hitting up some spots I see around town.

I got busted tagging at a Flatbush Zombies show in Detroit. My buddy works for a defense attorney and he got my charges knocked down from “destruction of private property” to a simple “public nuisance” charge. Paid $250 and was back out bombing!
