Im 27 and I lack money for my dream life thats why i stuck in shity job because i didint have knowladge to save up. I would like to know how to start taking your life seriously and what to do with that hole of wasted 13 years of not evolving my self. I wasted so much time and now its catching me.

It's good that you realize that you can be more productive and that you're aware that you want to make a change. You can't much with the time wasted in the past other than learn from it. Plus, you're still young - time is on your side to make big moves and pursue your goals.
