I am shocked to see the result, its been 4 months my money was stuck with flipkart and after all the conversations, chats, Facebook Post twitter post flipkart was not bothered to delivered my item, I even contacted the seller who was least bothered to reply me. After all hopes were down in drain I found this video and did exactly what the guy said in. I made a complaint on the 9th of October and I can't believe my eyes on 10th morning I received all my money. I would like to thank this awesome guy. Thank u sir very very much god bless you always.

This video was a great help. I finally got my refund after almost 2 months from Amazon, where they had closed my return on their app and was not refunding my money. Thank you once again! 😊 Amazon's customer service sucks, I never got any help even after raising my issue on the online/social media platform. Please be cautious when you plan to buy anything from Amazon, after all it's your hard earn money.

Thanks for making this much needed video.... now a days Amazon delivery boy's are very rude and unprofessional..... they never called before visit.......door step delivery is alien to them......they called several times even after explaining them location they can't find place.....then rigidly call you to come down to pick up even heavy Weight package/order....few days back my grandmother was alone at home and even after my multiple requests he refused to drop parcel at door step..... unfortunately my granny goes down to pick order......this uncooperative behaviour needs to be rectified by Amazon.....

I m so exited with the result through consumer helpline, i have returned one of my amazon order but they didn’t refund my money its been a month since i m running behind them for refund but every time they say pls wait for 3 to 5 business days to resolve my issue but that 3 to 5 business days will complete 1 week officially, so i thought i got cheated from amazon and lost my hopes to get my refund, but when i was surfing youtube i got this video and did same thing as mentioned in video surprisingly i got my refund on the next day of my complaint day, never expected this much quick response from consumer helpline. Video is very helpful for those who are facing issues in e commerce sites.

Thank you thank you thank you so much sir 💗 Because of you I could return my product easily ànd my request was also easily accepted. Actually I purchased realme smartwatch from Flipkart and when I recieved the product it was fake. Instead of a real one they sent me a fake watch which was not even working. I immediately requested for return but they were not accepting my request. After that I watched your video and complained against Flipkart and seller I did complain on 23 October and on 25 October I got call from Flipkart and my return request was also easily accepted and a few hours ago I got original watch. Once again thank you so much sir 💗

ME NAHI AAUNGA.. YE LAST ORDER HAI TO ISKE LIYE ME APNA PATROL WASTE NAHI KARUNGA.. AANA HAI TO AAO !! Na bhai.. itna sab nahi chalega.. 40 rupee hum free me nahi dete.. aur agar aisi hi customer service chalti rahi to amazon se bharosa uth jayega

I registered complaint but no response... Still my problem is not solved. I ordered two oil dispenser in meesho but received only one dispenser, meesho arranging for pick up but that courier person don't doing pick up and lifting call from my mobile no. , And always after 8.30 pm am getting message from courier partner xpressbees that am not willing to return the product. While customer care is available till 7.00

मैंने 29 को ऑर्डर प्लेस किया था, 94 आइटम्स थे (45k order value), ऑर्डर संडे को डिलीवर्ड हुआ, जिसमे से उन्होंने 52 ही आइटम्स ही delivered किए है, आज जब बात हुई तो उन्होंने ये कहकर मना कर दिया की हमने आपको पूरे प्रोडक्ट भेजे है, आप झूठ बोल रहे है। उनके कॉन्टैक्ट नंबर स्विच ऑफ ही आते है और फोन सामने से खुद ही करते है। उनका कहना है कि हम FIR कर रहे है। इस विषय में कुछ सहायता प्रदान कर दीजिए

Hii, sir.. nowadays many shops shout on customer without any reason & force them to buy the product though customer doesn't not like the product after seeing it.. this is not right as if I don't like the product then why I would buy it? but the seller don't listen to us.. can I complaint on this matter ? Because nowadays the small seller always play a mind game with customer.. I want to teach a lesson to them.

Dear sir namaskar Sir यदि हमने amazon से कोई product खरीदा है और वो भी उस समय आफर ज्यादा होने की वजह से हमे बहुत सस्ते दाम पर बुक हो गया लेकिन डिलेवरी कैंसिल हो गया amazon की तरफ से अब वह प्रोडक्ट दुबारा से बुक करने पर कोई आफर नहीं है औऱ हमे ज्यादा पैसे देने पड़ रहे है जबकि ऑर्डर हमने कैंसिल भी नहीं किया उस case में हम क्या कर सकते है
