In case of Corporate insolvency, during the insolvency process, 1) What will be the future of the employees and workmen still working in that company. whether we need to submit Form-D or not 2) What they have to do to get back their salary dues 3) What about the employees bonuses, Gratuity & PF amounts.

Hi Madam,In 2007 we gave sum of 3 lakhs rupees to one person.He filed IP in 2009 and we didn't get single penny.Now for his daughter he is giving 1Cr dowry. Kadupu mandipotundi madam

You can file a case against that IP. IP means at present he may not be able to pay but if you can prove that he is having income or properties then you can get your money
