What if we are doing our first deal with on market properties with an real estate agent and the seller accepts your offer and you also found a buyer that wants it (all in the same hour!!!).....do the real estate agent draft up the purchase contract and then I have to write up the assignment contract and email that to the agent so she can submit it with her purchase contract? I ran into my first deal and I am a deer in headlights, been studying this for 5 months and decided to finally take action and got a deal in a snap of a finger, 2024 is going to be life changing for me, FINANCIAL FREEDOM, here I come!!!!!

How long should we put for closing due date? Is the longer the better since you have more time to find as buyer? Or shorter the better so they can’t cancel? What is the avg you do or would advise us to put
