How to fill out an IMM 0008 Schedule 4 Economic Classes --
Provincial Nominees form
All principal applicants for a provincial nomination must fill out form IMM0008 Schedule 4
Economic Classes - Provincial Nominees. If you are applying as a businessman,
entrepreneur or self-employed, you need to additionally fill out Schedule 4A.
Candidates from the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) have two ways to apply - through a
paper-based process and through Express Entry. The method of application should be stated
on your nomination certificate. Alternatively, you can create an Express Entry profile to be
selected by a province electronically. Express Entry is not valid for applications submitted
before January 2015 or if the type of application itself is not eligible for Express Entry. Apart
from filling out the form, you will need to provide biometrics, including a photo and
fingerprints, as well as supporting documentation
