I understand sir., I was just honest that I haven’t had vaccination in accordance with the US law that very moment when I filled out the form, thats why I put there Pending for medical exam, because I was going to have or start my medical exam yet. They do understand that I could not have my medical exam done if I didn’t have ds-160 submitted first. Submit ds-160 first before medical exam and interview. It’s understandable that during the interview, I had all the medical results already on their hands which is the US law as part of requirement. 😊

Yes absolutely, you as the petitioner can fill it out , just to help fiance. But much better you’re both on the phone so you could work on it correctly together . You may save it first and come back later to submit the form. And there is no payment fee for ds-160 form or submission. The only clinic accredited and accepted by the US Embassy is the St.Lukes Medical Extension clinic, especially for K1 visas., And I assume they give the same vaccines each applicant. I received 5 shots. (Mmr, tdap, hepb, varicella, influenza). But covid was not included since I had 4 covid shots already. Did your fiance go to the same clinic? 😊

The packet 4 we received from the embassy mentioned 12 vaccines including Covid. However, the clinic we are assigned to do medical exams doesn’t give vaccines other than hepatitis B and Covid. I was wondering if you took all 15 CDC (including the 12 embassies) required vaccines to enter to US in the Philippines and brought a copy of your record and sent it with your AOS packet? If so, you weren’t required to do other vaccines here in the US and received the green card with no problem?

I heard these 15 vaccines are required for K1 visa AOS (Mumps, Measles, Rubella, Polio, Tetanus, Diphtheria Toxoids and Pertussis (Tdap), Haemophilus influenzae type B (Hib), Hepatitis B, Varicella, Pneumococcal, Influenza, Covid-19 (two doses), Hepatitis A, Rotavirus and Meningococcal disease) but you took (Mumps, Measles, Rubella), Hepatitis B, Varicella, and Influenza, and received your green card without any problem. once it says case "ready", proceed to sbmitting your DS-160, you can have your fiance do it for you in the US. it will be submitted electronically anyway. thats the go signal for you to prepare forthe interview. There will be no other reply from them, and they will not contact you for that . Proceed on scheduling for the medical and payment. then proceed on scheduling for the interview. just make sure that the medical schedule or date goes first before the interview date. Two weeks apart. always check fiance's email for the welcome letter. All the instructions for the interview scheduling and payment are stated on the welcome letter. Links are provided,. then you can wait for the hard copy of welcome letter and I-129F thru mail to your home address. It will take few weeks to get to your address though. You can bring the said I-129F copy to your interview. ☺

I had also tried it while filling out the form and recording the screen at the same time for my youtube video, it would always log out. That’s why I suggest to have your answers ready before filling it out, and also save or click save each time you do each page . But no worries because if you saved every page of the form you did, you could always get back to it next day or in a few hours I guess and continue 😊😊😊

Hi sis., the only time you submit DS-160 is right after you receive the welcome letter from NVC. Also make sure that your case is in “Ready” status. Please check sa uscis egov sis. After mag case ready, submit ka na ds160, then set schedule for medical then payment, then log in to CGI portal to set your schedule for the interview, then confirm then print confirmation page then payment. After the case goes “ready” status, no need to wait for any reply or email from nvc. Tuloy ka na mag process sis, they are just waiting for your interview appearance.😊

The hard copy of the welcome letter sis matanggap mo yun mga few weeks dun mismo sa address mo sa pinas. Yung I-134 affidavit of support, pa send ka lang ni petitioner ng copy ng I-134 noong nag file cya ng I-129F package for the petition, e print mo lang. Yeap sis sa petitioner’s email add darating ang welcome letter kasi sila yung nag file. Makakatanggal ka rin ng copy sis thru mail mismo sa address sa pinas pero it takes weeks para mkarating sayo. So pwede ka na mag submit ds160 sis. Then schedule your medical, then schedule your interview. Yeap each of you dapat meron ds160 sis. One for K1 and one for k2. 😊

Kindly check fiancé’s email add, they usually send the welcome letter to petitioner’s email address once the case status is “Ready”.,😊

Hi., that’s good. Did you mean to pay for the K1 visa? So I assume that her case status on CEAC account is “READY” already. That’s prior to DS-160 submission. After submitting, she can now schedule for her medical exam first , then schedule for the interview. Thẻ instructions for the interview schedule are detailed in the NVC letter/welcome letter . Hello., did you mean you have received the 2nd Notice of Action or form I-797? When you check your case status online , make sure it shows the “Ready” status. That’s the time to submit form DS-160, as your documents are being processed by the Embassy for beneficiary’s interview. 😊

The only time you can submit the ds-160 and schedule for medical and interview is when your case online says “Ready “. I have a separate video on how to check case status online. yes sis ang answer ko was NO kasi i was not going to the US for that reason under any organization. My reason was to come here as a fiance to marry my husband, thats why nag apply ako ng K1 visa. I am also a health worker, a nurse sa Pinas, and continue ko dito ang nursing career ko , but that is a different story na. Not related to the fiance visa sis. ☺

Hi sis, yes kung ako ang tanungin dalhin ko talaga kasi letter ng nvc yun para sakin. Pwede mo naman e print yun nasa email that they sent you. But you really have to get the mail kasi hindi lang welcome letter ang laman niyan sis, pati yung copy ng I-129F 1st page with remarks andun rin, etc. Baka pwede mong ma inquire yung municipal post office or kung saan darating yung mails before nila e deliver. 😊😊😊

Included kasi sa requirements yung divorce decree or annulment decree or finality para sa supporting docs sa I-129F sis, proof na single tayo,. pwede mag file dretso ng I29F after the annulment kahit married pa yung gamitin na apelyido at yung passport, kasi dapat mag match yung name natin sa passport name natin. But make sure na nai.change mo na yung passport mo back to maiden name before the medical and interview sis para walang sabit heheh. 🥰🥰🥰

Hi,. thank you so much,. so is she in Ethiopia this time? so her interview should be in Ethiopia. The interview will take place in US Embassy Ethiopia. Unless she's working somewhere abroad and she's currently living there and that's where she wants to do the interview. Usually fiancé's would do the interview where they live in. Same thing my fiance did the DS-160 for me. So we did fill it out together, somehow I was on the phone videocall 😅 that time. He put there Philippines as the location since I lived there before. 🥰🥰🥰

Hi., the fiancé petitioner should fill out the form , on the computer, then print the pages to have it signed. Then scan and send it to beneficiary’s email. Beneficiary prints the pages and bring it to the interview. If petitioner still have the copies of I-134 during the first filing of the petition (together with form I-129F), he/she can use those copies and send it to beneficiary through email. 😊

⁠@@ejoyenjoys should I also bring letter of intend to marry to my interview? Or it’s not necessary? We gave the letter with I-129F form but I don’t know if I should bring that to my interview also

@@su0435 yes sis, I brought mine during the interview, I just didn’t want to miss any single document. I used the same Letter of Intent to Marry that we submitted for the I-129F, of course . Mine was the original (you can use photocopy) and a photocopy for my fiance.😊
