10 TIPS 1.Seek's ALLAH S.W.T helps .. 2.Tell Someone that you trust .. 3. Lower the gaze 4. Set realistic goals (small goals) 5. Don't be upset ..Never give up to change..ALLAH will help us aameen 6. I am 19... I am addicted to porn since I was 17.... I am trying to quit porn but I am failing..... I know that porn is unrealistic n what they do is really impossible to compare with our real life..... but I am failing again n again to abandon this.. but I am not gonna let this get me down...I am not gonna let this destroy me!!!! I AM COMING BACK!!!!

You are doing this last time, after This Ask Allah for forgiveness (Satan tells you) My dear brothers seek refuge in Allah from Satan.. Pornography is a poison for soul and heart..

Thank you my brother,may Allah accept your efforts. Iam struggling with this type of addiction and I really need help. I am Muslim praying 5 times a day in masque I am suffering and I don't know who I am. Am I still Muslim ?? I really need a coach.

its ok brother you not the only one that has this problem, many Muslims are addicted to this, what you need to do is to recognize that you are addicted to pornography thats the first step, the second step is to start making changes on how to break free , Alhamdulilahi you praying your 5 daily salat which is good, Allah is the all forgiving and the most merciful seek his forgiveness and concentrate on the prayers, engage in dhirk( remembrance of Allah), take the Qur'an as your best friend inshallahu , its only Allah that can help us cos the addiction is very powerful, even if u slip don't give up, continue praying 5 timez daily, increase good deeds, by the grace of Allah you would have freedom
