Estimation:-
Estimation is a process to cost how much the total cost is required to construct a building.

2. Unavailable Material stocking yard
3. Changing basement height ceiling height
4. Changing plans
5. Communication (Intimate total cost requirement)
6. Unavailable water facilities and Electrical facilities.
