Either I don't agree with what has been said, or I didn't understand what she tried to convey. Whether you join any small or big startup, you need to have some skills, due to which, the company will hire you. They definitely won't pay if you don't profit them in any way. Even for a video editing post, you need to know different software and tools. I'm working on the path of Data Science. And right now, I have no such skills, which can get me hired in any startup. And so, I'm working on upskilling myself. If anyone understood what she said, do let me know!
