Que bonita te vez en el video, bueno..siempre jaja De hecho yo te conoci con el video sobre los trabajos en español, no lo buscaba pero youtube me lo recomendo y realmente me animo mucho (aunque no era la información que estaba buscando), pero sentí tu sinceridad, experiencia y un genuino interés por darnos información útil. Hee Nina it's amazing to come across someone who is doing the exact thing I was looking for! I fell in love with Korea's cafe culture while learning Korean, but have no prior barista experience. Were you an experienced barista before getting your current position?

Great video! Thank you for sharing! Are you aware if there are some foreigners working in hospitality in Korea? Not only in restaurants bu hotels, resorts, events place as well?

I’m almost the age limit for the working holiday visa and I’m still afraid and skeptical applying it. But as you said, if you really want it, you can do it.

Hello, I did not graduate from university and I want to become a barista. I am so happy to watch your video. I was so worried because I did not graduate from university and I heard its so hard to live in Korea like this. I'd like to know : Is your salary enough to pay your rent and others things ? I heard the salary as barista can be not really good... and which visa did you apply ?? Did your boss help you to get a working visa ?

Thank you very much 💕 it depends on how much you spend per month and the accommodation you choose, I calculate that if you volunteer in a guesthouse and you have free accommodation, with around 700usd you would be fine per month. but if you have to pay for accommodation in a hostel or guesthouse, you would spend between 1,300 to 1,500usd per month. (all these prices include accommodation, food, coffee / dates and transportation). Again it can vary depending on the person, your budget and how much you like to spend per day. Hiii! ~ unfortunately there is no specific category for baristas, so in order to apply for this jobs, you can apply with any other type of visa that allows you to work, for example, study visa, work and holiday or marriage visa. Good luck and have a great day! ~ 🥰

Hii! I'm glad you find it useful ☺ regarding the visa, I'm afraid that if your status now is tourist, you'll have to leave the country and return (while you do the process with your employer) in order to change for those type of visas. wishing you all the best for your future ✨

Hello! ✨️ I actually studied to be a barista in Colombia, where I also worked apart of Argentina and Canada, gaining more experience and knowledge. After that I moved to Korea, where I worked as a barista in a coffee shop ~ 😊 All the best for your studies! ~~

Your english is very good, in my case I need more practice......travel to a place like that is my dream, actually I have my years now so, my question is if I´d need to be younger to get a Visa, to work like an english teacher .....that would be my chance to travel to Corea, I think I have to ask in my ambassy....right??

There is a lot of people who have more than 50's or 60's and they still working as a teachers in Korea! It's an amazing profession no matter the age and very popular in Korea as well.
