Yes you will find 0 stocks then. It's not your responsibility if the company take loans and gives ribba. It's not your responsibility if you sell someone a knife with intention so that he can cut apple 🍏 and not cause harm.

What if someone work in a hospital as a doctor, and the hospital have debt with interest with a bank, Is the salary he have are haram? Because the hospital has a debt with interest?

@Orthodox_Muslim It is your choice to invest into a company even knowing it uses riba. You hold a share of the sin.

@orthodox when you are buying shares ... You become a partner .. of that company .. if they indulge in riba you are part of it ...the example of knife u gave is irrelevant

I don’t know who this guy is but even if it’s 1% interest then it’s forbidden and Allah says the one that consumes and takes riba be prepared to go to war with Allah and that’s not a path I want to take

@@TheSlaveofAlmighty Allah will bless you brother it isn’t a thing that is haram that you leave for the sake of Allah where he doesn’t reward you with something far better and the goal is the Akhira always and leaving things out of fear for Allah Azza wa jal he lives the the Quran Allah always tells stories about those who were tempted and said” I fear Allah “and didn’t do the haram thing and Allah says we tell you these stories so that you think . And it’s scary how Allah says those who consume riba will be resurrected with shayatyan faces and so on

@@TheSlaveofAlmighty when I hear all these “set by scholars also and all these nowadays scholars I remember the Hadith where when Al Dajal appears thousand of “scholars are going to follow him our beloved prohet peace and blessing be upon him said that it self worries me about who to listen to schools wise because a lot of them sometimes nowadays sound like they are not in there right mind

what part is "EASY" exactly? so every stock you plan to trade with, you need to spend hours researching it's activities and find the percentage of that?? Then, what about the interest based debt-to-asset ratio? good luck finding that... There must be an online tool to do this for us..

What do you mean with the 5%? I got the 33% since it can been seen in the balance sheet. But what about the 5%?

Say the company is a phone manufacturer, the business may be halal in nature and its debt to equity below the 33% threshold but it may also have large cash reserves; which it may be collecting interest on.

Where the F do you get this 33% and 5% criteria from??? Definitely not from the Quran and Hadith. So stop misleading people..... Investing in a company that is doing halaal business but has an interest based loan or keeps its money in an interest bearing bank account and recieves interest on that is totally Haram and should be avoided.
