i checked for it and when i searched discord it had a webhook saying "wow ur so cool, you can decompile stuff" does that mean its a rat? btw i used windows sandbox for everything

probably some other codes that will send your login session to discord bot and it will show up in their server, the thread that only ratter can see

I ran a rat (knew it after my dc got hacked) i used malwarebytes to (i think) remove it i reset my pc after am i save?

You mean factory reset? If you did that, then you removed the rat and are fine.

Im using java decompiler and there a .dat file i can't open, i used the isthisarat page so i know there's a rat somewhere, but still can't find it using the video. Can the rat be encrypted or something like that, how do you know if it is. I could send you the file, sorry for the disturbance, mostly just curious.

dat files are not malicious because they don't contain any code.

Sorry if my voice sounds weird, I woke up 10 minutes before recording this. IMPORTANT: 1 : DO NOT DOUBLE CLICK THE .JAR FILE IF YOU THINK ITS A RAT. Depending on the type of RAT it is, you could accidentally run it and give yourself a RAT. 2 : If the JD gui is just showing the jar file when you search (meaning there are no methods), decompile the .jar file here using Procyon: www.javadecompilers.com/. After you have decompiled it, download the zip file. It should say next to the .jar file to save it. Extract that folder. Now download it and install www.jetbrains.com/idea/. Once you have downloaded Intellij IDEA, click file and click open with the folder icon next to it. Finally, open the folder using Intellij IDEA that you've just downloaded and hold down CTRL+ SHIFT + F for global search. Now you can search for keywords and check if the decompiled .jar (which is the folder) is a RAT using the steps in the video.

ye u can, if the jar is an executable jar (no minecraft mods are, but if its a normal jar, you can)

@@gamingboymisha9414use intellij to get the source code, then remove the rat, and you can build the project to get the .jar file without the rat
