I have super floppy feel and ankles and always have. My ankles bend super far and my feet completely collapse. My toes can also bend back to where they touch my foot. I went to a specialist when I was 13 and he just gave me physical therapy and to get over the counter braces. They are so bulky! And they are also very visible and being a teenager I didn’t like that so I had to get really long socks to roll over and cover them with. They also don’t fit is shoes even specially made for braces. I wish these were more accessible since I really need and needed them since it is hard to walk and I fall A LOT.
