Hey I wouldn't recommend using a template to contact multiple suppliers as my new account was blocked within an hour of contacting 3 suppliers with this method to get a quote on the same product. You need to make sure you word the message differently otherwise you might be blocked and there isn't much they can do to override this.

However, I have one question to ask: Is it really required that suppliers don't receive a lot of complaints for customers to be recognised as gold suppliers (obviously a fee is charged)? Because as far as I'm concerned, they only need to pay and gold supplier is not so much an assurance of quality as a badge to attract additional attention?

Hi Sam, nice video and making good points to check when using Alibaba. The suppliers are so far away, and in a different world almost, so asking those details is critical to get what you want. I want to also let you know that I am located in China, Guangdong, and I can be a help to you if you need some "boots on the ground" to do factory visits, or talk with suppliers. I also have native Chinese partner to help. I wish you great success!!

I've got 3 more question for ebay dropshipping if you don't mind, do you need a business account to do ebay dropshipping, if dropshipping furniture will do good and finally where does the money goes when the customer buys what you are dropshipping (you don't have to make a video on it)
