Why did you use the control shift enter? On my end it does not work I did many times the frequency and the number is strange from the rest of the bins from 4 down. Example the 4 cell shows I have 14 frequency, in fact it's 8. The frequency is only correct for number 5 the first row. Why the frequency is not working properly for 4 down?. I enter the numbers ramdonly to get 50 entries because I don't have your file data up to 50.

make sure nakahighlight po lahat before typing formula then at the end dapat wag ienter agad instead ctrl + shift +enter

Hi, what do you mean sa overall mean? Mean ng lahat ng statements? If that's the case, type =average(highlight lahat ng kasama sa kukunan ng average)

depends kung sample lang ba or population yung kinukuha mo. If sample lang =stdev.s kapag population =stdev.p(highlight yung data)

Possible reasons po: 1. Di nahighlight buong cells na lalagyan ng frequency bago mag formula. 2. Nag-enter na bago pa mag ctrl shift enter 3. Nabitawan yung ctrl or shift etc.

The formula for mean in Likert Scale is different. Other mean or average is just total/no of cases. But in Likert it’s different. My formula for Likert is the same with everyone. If that’s what you mean walang difference sa ibang formula, talagang iba lang for Likert

Sa frequency na formula? Need muna highlight yung mga cells na lalagyan ng frequency then saka gagawin yung steps. After nun wag muna mag-eenter or pipindot ng kahit ano, ctrl shift saka enter
