I just started sorting bulk by illustrator. Making illustrator binders now. Its not only the most enjoyable but the most educational activity I've done in this hobby. I think it's pretty much the future of collecting. Some of the rarer cards by certain illustrators will become more expensive long term just because anyone collecting that illustrator is going to have a hard time acquiring it; and they might not be all that expensive right now because most people aren't thinking this way yet.

Been going thru a lot of bulk as of late to try and make every dollar i can. This helps a lot, truly appreciate your generosity with all the knowledge you've amassed over the years.

Love your vids!!.. been a sub for around 3 years. As much as I enjoy trading my bulk in for etb's or booster boxes, I've been trying to keep all mine these days. Thinking of one day getting an online store going..I used to sell or trade it...around 10k at a time. Finish sets and put the extra away now, tho. Good luck and stay cool!!

Lol I literally started doing this the past week. I pretty much pulled out and kept anything that I liked art work wise,is a very popular pokemon or is part of a very popular set.

Ive started selling my bulk on ebay and its a freaking job hahaha but im trying to get as much as i can for it. I have about 25k cards to get rid of. 18k are common/uncommon non holos. 7k of trainers that i have all sorted in sets of 4 each. And then on top of that i have probably 30 mini binders of reverse holo rares as well as regular holographics that i plan to sell all individually. All holo/reverse holos have been sleeved since pulled. I then have all my master sets. Been working hard on my bulk

Your videos are fantastic. I'm drowning in bulk and unsure what to do with it. Shipping individual cards with sleeves and top loaders is ridiculously expensive and the profit margin can be as slim as 1 penny per card 😖

Hello! You've made videos a few times about what to pull out of bulk, how to determine what to pull out of bulk, what to do as a regular player/collector with your excess bulk, and how you guys as a relatively large store handle what you pull out of bulk. I'm wondering - what do you do with all that "garbage" bulk, the $0.01-0.10 bulk that you certainly end up building a large position in? Do you list it alongside your other cards, just in the lower price range? Your other videos made it seem like you just pull out what's above true bulk value and stick the rest of it back unsorted. Are you simply filling a massive warehouse with the bulkiest of bulk, or is there some other out you guys have for it?

I suggest to check next price list site with data from ebay etc. Not always tcg show how exactly your card is worth. Your card always worth amount that someone gonna pay for it.

i want to make some getto card sorters and a program that lists them for sale lol. i have a few ideas on how to make an extra %7 lol. not even including shipping lol.

Can anyone recommend how to ship these cards? Like if a stamp + sleeve + envelope costs 60 cents doesn’t that take away all your profit off of a card that’s under a dollar or two?

Do stores buy bulk hoping that you don’t sort through it? I’m only asking because I don’t see the purpose in bulk buying if everyone starts to learn how to sort through it, and why do all of my local game stores buy bulk for a certain amount and then sell it for more? I’m assuming that if I don’t pick out any good cards THEY sure will do why do they sell it for more?
