I think that you could do a whole video on your last comment about avoiding the attempt to make a relationship into something it's not. Sometimes it can be so difficult to see or deeply know the reality of a relationship when instead you're living out of what you want it to be.

I really have to thank you for your grounded advice. I feel that it has made me more calm in many aspects of life, not just in the relationship aspect.

But than women put too much into romantic relationship find, plus hormones & pregnancy gift. Than it distracts & overwhelms from the idea that happiness comes from within. But Jack I was the One when I married but my brothers and father abd his mother and brother were in some sort of Cold War. I think it was about who had control. I never thought marriage was about that. I thought it was about two people who were building a life together. It ended up being a Cold War with me as the pawn in the middle. Ruined my life and destroyed me . How to move forward.

I really listen when you make these vids Jack. i have to continue practicing staying out of my head so much. I can love so much about a man but i always manage to find something i can't stand about them. The one thing i really will not tolerate is when i find out he has some kind of an addiction! I had no clue my last boyfriend was a gambling addict for 2 years into the relationship! He was so much fun to be with and we had so much in common but when i found that out everything about him started bothering me. I really loved him too but the lying and cheating that is associated with that addiction is one that i can not wrap my head around so my thoughts were racing constantly. Jack, i respect your intelligence and guidance....did i do the right thing? He did not want to break up with me.
