For the specific spot, you gotta be at the Parking Spot that is next to the Storage Room (aka Tiny Room (says in Wiki)) Where Votex once found the shop using the noclip glitch

Idk if the devs confirmed it, but the Freecam mode is gone, idk why Also, Nico's Shop has been here since December, this was an outdated video, but if you can still Freecam you can do it

update, i found out that on jan 31, the freecam mode was removed 'temporarily' due to bug fixing purpose, you can learn more in the wiki
