According to the E3 Wario sounds like he exists as some anti piracy type error message which it was probably from E3 when someone might of tried to pirate the game. Some video games are known for making anti-piracy messages like Undertale if you mess with file0 or hack the levels Sans is the anti-pirating message quite possible Wario was only for preventing piracy during the E3 event.

@@jamesworley9888 at first glance I wanna talk about why you werent getting that the video isnt likely to be real, but considering that you have to dig long enough to understand the things in this video and the Super Mario 64 myths in general, I can understand why you would hate to get fake video of advertised "Wario's Apparition". Even if you want it to be real, you have to hack the game, therefore breaking the claim that the apparition is in the default game.

Super mario 64 has something called personalisation adaptation, which adds a AI that makes your game special, like having a chain chomp in Bob omb battlefield that has no pupils.

That was removed from the game, but is still in the files. That’s the reason there’s so many creepy pastas because of so much old stuff left in the files unused but not secure so it creeps into the game accidentally causing things like this.
