Flow state is essential for creative work... but few people ever experience it. This video shows you how to enter flow state DAILY to make incredible progress on your creative endeavors.
21st-century technology and smartphones and streaming and constant notifications wreck our ability to enter a creative flow state. You have no idea just how much distractions are ruining your ability to be creative.
When you sit down to do creative work, begin by removing distractions. Then understand the first 20 minutes of your work session might feel miserable and unproductive. But after that initial warm-up, if you can push through without getting distracted, then the real flow begins.
Creative flow state is this amazing experience where you forget where you are, what time it is, how long you've been working. Your attention is totally focused on creating something new, and nothing else in the world seems to matter. THIS is where true creative results come from.
But no matter how great it feels, you still need to end each day and recover. Recovery is just as important as high-performance.
This video will walk you through the four daily phases of your creative flow sessions. With practice, you'll become 5x more productive and actually begin to see progress on your creative endeavors.

This should not be free....Holy Molly I have always struggled getting into flow state while doing the creative works like editing or planning videos....i have always wondered what the solution for this and dude this video literally has all the answer for it ....i don't think there any other youtuber giving so deep value with actually sharing the ideas that are needed for creators....like i saw your another videos about making a banger video and i have literally noted down your each and every video and learned a lot from it ….this means a lot and i truly believe you 🥰have your tried personal consultations for creators ....that a really nice opportunity too and people will 101% pay for this .....love you a lot man and have a great day or night 🥰🥰

I spend the first portion of my morning listening to a podcast while I go about eating breakfast, walking my dog, etc. That way, I have racked up my entertainment for a good while. I then break my day with a workout, and then bookend my day with watching a movie I've never seen before. That way, even if I haven't done enough creative work, I still feel like I got stuff done.

For “Warm Up” I would also recommend to try writing 📝 for 5 minutes straight. We did this in my English Comp. course & it helped me in clearing my mind 🧠 to focus on the material ahead & just brain vomit everything from the day earlier lol This was a helpful video I really needed to see since I’ve been stuck in editing one video for like a month. I’m trying to get out of that magnum opus mindset I have with taking so long on them lol. My favorite tip was to never reach the upper bound limit, it’s so easy to feel bad about ourselves bc of hustle culture. It can be useful, but also wear us down. I like how you kept emphasizing that we’re not bad people for getting distracted. Lastly, I’m ngl- at first I thought this was a nikolas christy video. Lmao I think bc I discovered him through you & y’all look alike that happened 😂

This was a good video because of the truth behind it. I can tell you've been doing creative work for awhile just based off the advice here...you know the grind. It can be so hard sometimes, especially breaking inertia at first. It can almost feel impossible at times. Have you ever had the thought of, "how am I going to do this in the long term? Wont I run out of ideas or become a copycat at some point?" How do you deal with that, if so? I understand steal like an artist but sometimes that doesn't solve the anxiety of being a creator with those thoughts and the desire to make something that feels original.

I manage 3 channels on You Tube. They are different from the channel that I want to start and have wanted to start for several YEARS. True Crime! That is my obsession! I am very over animated and very talkative(adhd) however I'm also very.... Afraid of where to start?? I do NOT have editing skills! I always do everything on the back side of KZfaq to get the channels that I manage in the algorithm. HOWEVER after watching your videos? I think I'm going to go for it! Not today of course but I will absolutely keep you posted and thank you for the inspiration I don't know what the hell I'm doing LOL 💖💖💖💖 I have obsessed over law/crime since I was probably around 10! I'm 47 now and I would like to do something with it all the knowledge I have because it is my passion! On my channel(when I start one) I would love to be the voice for the victims as well as their family. They need a voice!!

The amount of thought that was put into this video to make it engaging and relevant to the audience is palpable! In fact, it carries the vibe of the genuine intention and mission that he says at the beginning of each of his videos when he addresses creative people- and tells them how much the world needs them. As a new creator on this platform I find your insight to be extremely helpful. This video specifically resonates with myself and the community I work with.
