I molded it the first time and it wasn’t fitted properly and when I did it again the plastic won’t go back to how it was and my teeth aren’t market properly and it doesn’t hold to my teeth, what do I do?

Should I do this with the Opro ufc Gold braces mouthguard? Does it also have to be molded with hot water, or do I just put it on ( it's not the snap fit one)

Worst timing ever 😂 Bought this last week and used your other guide to mould it still worked out perfectly and fits great! What are the chances ahah
