Hey bro you just saved my fucking job. Slammed the door on my work van when I was being dramatic about work and it wouldn’t close. I adjusted those bolts at the bottom of the door and now it closes like a dream. Appreciable you posting this my man 🤣

To ensure the sliding door is tight against the body when closed, you have to adjust the silver striker plate that is on the body of the transit, not the transit door arm mechanism as shown in this video. I believe it is a T-40 torx. and the torque is 18lbft.
