My starter got destroyed because of the the flywheel does not free wheeling any thoughts about this?

What are you spraying it down with?

I think I used carb cleaner, but you should use brake clean or parts cleaner. MAKE SURE IT DRIES SO YOU DONT START A FIRE.

Please don’t hit the case with your wrench. Probably shouldn’t be working on your bike if you think that is okay
