Video van 8 jaar geleden en nog steeds waardevol. Raam zat vast tussen helemaal open en alleen half open, dus zat hij op 1 kant vast. 10 min lang elk video zit te kijken. Tot dat ik deze tegen kwam met precies dezelfde haak knopje. Thanks voor video!

I don't know if you guys will get this, but I'd just like to say thank you very much! I didn't know this lever will do what it does and I was moving it and playing around with it but didn't turn the handle at the same time. My wife was freezing when I got home from work because she opened the window and couldn't close it anymore. If I tried, It was the same. Thanks to you I could close the window while it's -14 degrees Celsius outside! Will definitely get maintenance on all of my windows when it gets warmer one day. Take care and stay safe!

Some window designs have a press button, just take this into consideration, but it's supposed to be on the same spot. Thanks for the vid!

Thumbs up! I just had a very similar problem this morning, now thankfully solved! I was cursing this modern window technology and muttering under breath that if I ever get this bloody window to close I'll never open it again! Fortunately after half and hour of jiggling it about and pressing this and pressing that, eventually it closed like it should and the handle became normal again!

Very kind of you to provide this documentation! It's a huge embarassment that window companies in Germany (I don't know about Holland per-se) do not provide this information, purely to keep window maintenance companies in business for stupid shit like "I can't close my window." It really should be a quality-of-life requirement that Window, Lock, and Door companies keep this from seeming like a proprietary system.
