the filter is installed on the port which has the role of drawing oil from the barrel

Do you replace all the rubber o rings and seals? I've in the process of overhauling my trolley jack which is about the same. It was lifting about half way then wouldn't pump any more even after fresh oil and bleeding. Main bother is getting the cylinder end unscrewed because I don't have a 52mm socket or adjustable large enough.

I replaced only rubber o rings with problems. Most of the time the gasket on the main cylinder is broken. If you replace that gasket, the jack will work.

I have not encountered this problem. Venting the jack should be done when removing the rubber cap.

I wonder what the two screws (the one with the red cap on and the one right next to it) exactly do and especially how to adjust them.

the red cap screw is an overpressure valve, that valve is set at the factory to open when the load is more than 2 tons.

Do I also need to change new fluid on a 10 years old jack ? I don’t use it everyday

I don't think it is necessary to change the hydraulic oil. If there is not enough oil you can add more.

What parts do I need to replace when the jack doesn’t hold it height? I would lost like 1” per hour with load, I don’t see any fluid leaking.thanks

Hello. There could be 2 problems. 1. The main gasket on the cylinder rod is worn. 2. The release valve is not working well. But as far as I know the jack is used to lift the weight and then you have to use a jack stand. The jack must not support the weight for a long time (it is probably normal not to hold the weight for such a long time)

hey bro, my jack doesnt even lift a bit, with pressure, and by pressure i mean even the spring at the side, and if i remove the spring it works properly, what is the issue, can you guide me. on how to fix it.

Hello. There can be several causes. You need to disassemble the jack and check that the gaskets are good. Another problem could be with the jack valves, there may be small pieces of plastic or iron that block the valves and therefore do not work.

Salutare! am un cric asemanator de 2 t de la Lidl, merge dar, spre final ridica foarte greu, trebuie sa dau de multe ori dar cursele sunt scurte.. a pierdut si putin ulei.. o fi din cauza asta? am gasit ulei scurs sub el..

I removed the red cover and opened the screw. Oil squirted out. What do i do to fix it?

There must be a spring and a ball under that screw. You probably lost that ball.

I used hydraulic oil for the tractor. I almost filled the container with oil.

I really wish you would have done the entire video in slow motion or just not fast forward....... I'm having this issue with my hydraulic Jack now and I'm looking for a good video to watch exactly how to take it apart... And your video moves so fast through taking it apart and putting it back together I'm struggling keeping up with what you are doing

Under the copper washer there is a bearing ball.

@@DorelBorlea on my jack, the ball is loose, not held by the washer, am I missing parts? The jack goes up a little as I push the plunger down, and then comes down as I release the plunger, thanks!

Salut și capacelul rosu plastic la care nu ai umblat,și pe care scrie nu îl regla in engleza. Ce e și la ce foloseste ? Multumesc

Acel surub este o supapa de suprasarcina. Din fabrica se regleaza sa deschida la 2 sau 3 tone. Depinde de modelul cricului. Daca vrei sa ridici 4 tone cu cricul nu vei putea deoarece supapa va deschide. Daca vei strange mai tare acel surub probabil vei putea ridica 4 tone cu cricul dar apare riscul ca acesta sa se rupa si te poti accidenta.

Salut , am și eu un cric care pierde pe la Pistonasul levieruluj , am măsurat tija e 11 mm , ce fel de oring trebuie ? Se măsoară diametrul extern sau intern . Văd seturi de oring in comerț și scrie dimensiunea dar nu știu dacă e interna sau externa

Mie imi face placere sa desfac chestii si la le repar. Probleme mari nu a avut. Doar a curs putin ulei din acest cric. M-am gandit ca ar fi cazul sa il repar.
