I'm a great-grandmother who has no money to pay a repairman. I followed your instructions and BAM! my washer is fixed. I only had a bit of trouble getting the bolts out but I managed it with my cordless drill. Not only that but I found $3.00 in quarters stuck in the drain. Thanks so much for a great video.

Thanks for posting this. The amount of junk in there was incredible. There were multiple socks, an army man, a pile of pocket change. Not to mention the nasty smell of all the gunk built up. Thank you!!!

Thanks for showing me how to do this. 10 years and I am not sure if any other repair guy checked and cleaned it (doubt it). I had a wet lint ball the size of a baseball. Running the washer now to see if that fixed it. Thanks again.
