Can you see the leak on the ground? Mine you can see on the ground.

Yes. That happens when the reservoir bubbles and overflows because of the air getting into the system

Hey my powersteering soing same thing but the noise happened when a hose popped off under the car near radiator theres a long hose and all fluid fron powersteering dumped out now it wont turn good i put it back with hoseclamp and more fluid but its noisy and wont turn good idk??

When you replace the hose, you need to remove air in the system by turning engine on and turning steering wheel all the way left and all the way right until the fluid pushes all air out. Then make sure reservoir is full
