I tried everything, resetting AirPods, turning the phone on and off, cleaning them, draining the battery, and resetting network settings, but nothing worked. I have checked many articles and at least 50 videos and that tip with volume up and down, and then turning the phone off WORKED for me, you are literally a lifesaver.

I was able to fix mine, what i did was apply pressure to the Airpod that wasn’t charging into the case and it starts to charge enough for you to be able to reconnect them to your phone

Has anyone seen the light on their case only lighting green when charging and no other lights ? Mine was paired previously, but I disconnected them and attempted to reconnect. Did everything, but still no luck :(

OMG I CANT THANK YOU ENOUGH!!! I was having an issue with my volume and i couldnt turn on noise cancellation through my volume settings so i factory reset them and pressed forget device, then it wouldnt connect to my phone!! >;( so i found a comment on your video saying to power my phone off, it worked and now they play properly! glad i found this video and the comment!!!

I fixed the problem !!!! I just forgot it from my device turned on airplane mode and turned phone off then on and then held it open right next to my phone and held the button on the back till it shows Orange that it’s reset and then for me it worked somehow someway felt like a blessing

Omg thank you thank you thank you. Earlier today my right airpod wasn’t working only the left, so I wanted to disconnect them from my iPhone. Instead of disconnecting I removed them from my iCloud. They were only connecting to my MacBook and the left one was only working. My birthday is next week so I really didn’t want to waste money on another pair of AirPods. When I tired almost everything in the video and they were popping up I almost gave up on hope. Then boom the not your AirPods sign showed up and my right one works now. Love this video once again thank you so much :) !!!
