YOU DON'T NEED TO ACCESS FROM UNDERNEATH. You can pry off the cover on the front using a pry tool. Once it's off, there's a pop-it toward the bottom center, pop and remove. The entire cover comes off. Then use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the fog light. Change the bulb and or assembly. PRIOR to reassembly, clean the crevices of junk with a spray bottle and use some compound to polish up the fog light lenses and covers.

Wow, it's very difficult to find a video on KZfaq about the correct way to replace the entire fog lamp and even the bulb, and it's much simpler than any of the videos I've found You simply need to remove the trim that pops into the opening on the front bumper fascia. It literally clips in, and then at the very bottom there's a push in retainer that you pop out and the entire trim comes out and you can easily access the fog lamp with two screws, drop the assembly out, take the bulb out, pop a new bulb back in, screw it back in and then push the trim back in The entire operation literally took me about 20 minutes without a jack or lifting the car Why is there nobody on the internet that has a video on how to do this? I see people removing the fascia, jacking the car up, etc pretty crazy, because you're taking a very simple task and making it very difficult

Im over Hondas POS design. Paid a mechanic to replace two fog lights in 10th gen civic. One was cracked. New fog light cracked again in less than a year after taking direct hit from a rock. There’s no need to use the fog lights. Waste of time and money. Honda sucks.
