Was it a permanent fix or do you have to do the excercies regularly
@adambauer9752 жыл бұрын
@@notlemon8277 I will still get some clicking when I first wake up in the morning or if I've been standing for a whole shift. But all I have to do is rotate it up and down and roll it for about 1 minute and it completely disappears. So I would say YES this has been a lasting improvement. Before these exercises I could never get the clicking to go away.

@@notlemon8277 It is a "permanent" fix if you keep exercising it. All muscles will regress eventually (especially with age or injury), and exercise keeps them healthy and maintained

@DrRowe3 жыл бұрын
@@QuantumPyrite_88.9 Gout is not a good time, and it affects everyone differently (as with all inflammatory arthritis). Biggest thing is to control inflammation as much as possible through a proper diet -- with gout that means no fun stuff like red meats, alcohol, sugars, etc. Healthy weight is very important too (to keep stress as much as possible off the joints). I would also recommend working with a rheumatologist too. Hope this helps!
The part at 6min in when your sitting on you knees. I don't sit like that anymore cause when I used to do it, even when I was a kid, it would feel like my leg would lock up and it would hurt really bad. I would have to just lay there until it went away. The pain would be around the knee area. What do you think it was?

Excellent way to fix pain.....Thank you. Sir I have pain on my wrist and finger joints if I pick something heavy. I am very sure you have some effective exercises for this.🙏🙏
I've had ankle cracking and popping my entire life. From a young child all the way into adulthood I've been very athletic from dance (many forms including ballet and with and without pointe shoes) to soccer to track and so on; and now I practice yoga. Somehow I don't see "tightness' or "weakness" as being my issue. I've literally had this issue for as long as I can remember. It happens most on stairs. Always when walking up stairs and when going up onto my toes as well as back down onto my full foot. Doing a circular motion with my foot will always make my ankles pop too. Other things will cause it too but those are the main causes.
@bingorfm7242 жыл бұрын

I won't be able to start this until my big toe is fully healed, I will consult my podiatrist on when it's ok to do these exercises.
