THANKS! The reset was exactly what was needed. Saved hundreds if not a thousand dollars by not having to take it to a service centre (where they would have done exactly the same thing but told me I needed a new MMI unit I'm sure)

Thanks, helped. Had my windscreen washer fluid spilled in boot (trunk) at that side. Dried it and worked like a charm. Had a sound like mini sparkles happening on passanger side, I guess the fuse was making that noise, but all saved, didn't have to change anything.

What helped for me after i jumpstarted the car with a booster is, reconnecting the battery so it resets itself. Mine had the turn on and off loop. Hope it helps for others I did this on my audi s5 07.

Does this apply to a 2013 s5 as well? (far as fuse box assembly).

Hey if everyone wants one last ez try, unplug your big fuse that says “40” behind the fuse box, clean it and stick it back in. I also unplugged two square box style fuses that say something like “634” on them and replugged them back in... cancelled my apt to mechanic and haven’t had a problem in 1 month so far. I think the 40 AMP Fuse was the problem cuz it looked very dirty and I had to clean green stuff of it. Going to buy a new one obviously but give it a try and reply to my comment if it worked !
